Helpful details

Include your device model, operating system version, app version, game name, and what you expected to happen. Do not include puzzle answers if you want to avoid spoilers.

Your data

You can export a summary or delete local player records and cached editions from the You tab inside the app. Some app preferences and review/onboarding metadata remain. This does not delete shared exports, sent support email, browser storage, or hosting-provider logs.

Support email

Support email and attachments you send are kept only in the corvusdevs@outlook.com support mailbox. Corvus does not forward these messages outside this address. Email-provider backups and logs, your sent copies and GitHub security logs are separate and are not erased by the app's local deletion action. You can contact Corvus support with privacy questions or a request concerning the copies under our control.
