By installing or using Night Crow For Safari (the "app"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

License

You are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use the app on devices you own or control, in accordance with the App Store Terms of Service. The app's standard Apple-licensed-application end user license agreement also applies.

Acceptable use

• Use the app only for its intended purpose: applying a dark theme to websites in Safari.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the app except as permitted by law.

No warranty

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. Websites vary widely, and a retrofitted dark theme may not render every page perfectly. You use the app at your own discretion.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CorvusDevs is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
