These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Feedpal for Safari, developed and published by CorvusDevs ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, installing, or using Feedpal, you agree to these Terms.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Feedpal on any Apple devices that you own or control, for personal use.
You may not:
Feedpal retrieves content from RSS and Atom feeds published by third parties. We are not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or content of any third-party feeds. Your use of third-party content is subject to those publishers' own terms.
Feedpal, including its code, design, names, and logos, is the property of CorvusDevs and is protected by copyright law. Your license does not transfer any ownership rights.
We may release updates at our discretion through the App Store. We are not obligated to provide updates, new features, or ongoing support.
Feedpal is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the extension will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with all versions of Safari.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CorvusDevs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Feedpal.
We may terminate your license if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you must uninstall the extension.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted at this URL with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the extension after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which CorvusDevs operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
