Our Commitment

Feedpal is designed to work entirely on your device. We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal data.

Feedpal does not collect any data. Specifically:

No analytics or telemetry — We do not track how you use the extension
No personal information — We do not collect names, emails, IP addresses, or device identifiers
No third-party tracking — We do not embed advertising SDKs, analytics frameworks, or tracking pixels
Local storage only — Your feeds, articles, folders, and preferences are stored locally on your device using Safari's extension storage and are never sent to any server

Feedpal makes the following network requests to function:

RSS/Atom feed fetching — Feedpal fetches feed URLs that you subscribe to in order to retrieve new articles. These requests go directly from your browser to the feed publisher's server.
Favicon loading — Feedpal loads site favicons via DuckDuckGo's icon service (icons.duckduckgo.com) to display feed icons. No personal data is sent.
YouTube channel resolution — When subscribing to a YouTube channel, Feedpal may use YouTube's InnerTube API to resolve channel IDs. No authentication or personal data is involved.

All requests are made directly from your browser. We do not proxy, log, or intercept any network traffic.

This website (hosted via GitHub Pages) does not use cookies, analytics, or tracking scripts.

Feedpal is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted at this URL with a revised "Last Updated" date.
